Practice Staff
Practice Manager
Our Practice Manager Lucy Beach oversees the day-to-day administration and smooth running of the Practice.
She is assisted by Gill Caine, the Deputy Practice Manager and Alex Preece, the Systems Manager.

Can prescribe and treat some minor illnesses for which you do not need to see the Doctor

Receptionists and Secretaries
The Practice employs a team of Receptionists / Administrators and Secretaries to deal with your enquiries and requests as efficiently as possible, whilst respecting your confidentiality.
GP Registrars
The Surgery is a training practice for General Practitioner Registrars. The Registrars work full time in the Practice for a period of 6 or 12 months. Our Registrars are fully qualified Doctors who have chosen General Practice as the career they wish to pursue, and who will gain experience by being based with the Practice. They provide care of the same standard as that provided by the other Doctors and are a valued addition to the team.
Attached Staff
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board employs a number of other staff who provide various services associated with the Practice.
District Nurses
They offer nursing care to housebound people. The team is in daily contact with the surgery.
Midwife
If you are pregnant, please ring 03000 852001 to arrange an appointment.
Health Visitors
Health Visitors are available through the surgery or can be contacted by telephoning the Family Planning Clinic, Argyll Road.
Dietician
Referral is through a Doctor.
Community Psychiatric Nurse
Referral is through a Doctor to the Community Mental Health Team.
Practice Pharmacist
The Practice Pharmacist offers support to the Practice and patients in the prescribing and use of medicines.
Occupational Therapist
Referral is through a GP she sees patients face to face in the surgery, via telephone and on home visits.
Staff Training
Occasionally the Practice is closed for an afternoon for Staff Training. This happens approximately once a month. Any half-day closures will be advertised in the Practice up to a week before.
